These terms cover purchases from the Switch Dimension Accelerator. Questions go to info@switchdimension.com.

What you buy

The Agent Sprint is a self-paced course. The Software Factory cohort is a live cohort. Prices shown on the site are in USD.

You keep the course videos for life. Community access lasts a year from purchase. The cohort includes a certificate of completion.

A capable coding agent with a paid plan is required. That subscription is separate from the course, and no specific agent is required.

Payment

Individual purchases are paid by card. Teams can pay by invoice. Contact us for team pricing and invoicing.

After purchase you can add VAT and other company details to the invoice.

Discounts

Agent Sprint learners get 20% off the Software Factory cohort.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@switchdimension.com.

Your license

The license belongs to the person named on the purchase. You can gift one by buying it with the recipient's email address. It cannot be transferred to someone else later.

To change the email on a purchase, email info@switchdimension.com. The license stays with that person.

Don't share your login, or redistribute the videos, skill pack, or other course materials.

Live sessions

Each live session runs at two times, and recordings go up afterwards. Camera and speaking are optional.
